About Asheesh

Asheesh Arora is a partner at Dosanjh Ladner Arora practising commercial litigation, civil litigation, family law, and personal injury, with nearly two decades of experience investing in real estate and other commercial ventures informing his complex commercial litigation practice. He has represented hundreds of survivors of the Indian Residential School system in the Independent Assessment Process across BC, Alberta, and Saskatchewan, and also practises in creditors' remedies, foreclosures, and shareholder and partnership disputes. Asheesh earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Simon Fraser University in 2007 and his Juris Doctor from the University of Victoria in 2011, joined the firm as an associate in 2015, and became partner in 2022. He also holds a Certificate in Securities Law from Osgoode Hall Law School (2020) and is an ACC Certified In-House Counsel (2019).
