About Tyson

Tyson devotes his practice entirely to personal injury law, with substantial experience in motor vehicle collisions, occupiers' liability claims, accident benefits disputes, and denied disability benefits. He has appeared before the Superior Court of Ontario, the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal, the Licence Appeal Tribunal of Ontario, and the Social Security Tribunal of Canada. Tyson earned his Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2019 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2020. Before law school he completed a Master of Science in Biochemistry at McMaster University and played four years of varsity football at the University of Dubuque.
