Michael Rotondo has practiced exclusively in plaintiff-side personal injury law since being called to the Bar in 1999, representing clients in motor vehicle, slip and fall, disability, airline, home insurance, and professional malpractice claims. He has appeared before the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, the Licence Appeal Tribunal, and the Ontario Court of Appeal, with reported decisions including Natario v. RBC Insurance Company of Canada (2026 ONCA 482).
