Tyler Smith is a co-founder of Smith Litkowski and defends people facing serious criminal charges across the Greater Toronto Area and at all levels of court. His practice centers on firearm, drug, organized crime, and murder cases, and he's known for his skill cross-examining witnesses at trial. Tyler graduated from Western Law in 1999 and was called to the Ontario bar in 2001, and he has practiced exclusively in criminal law throughout his career. He is a member of the Criminal Lawyers Association, the Toronto Lawyers Association, and the Hamilton Lawyers Association, and sits on the Complex Criminal Cases Panel for Legal Aid Ontario.
