About Tyler

Tyler Nightingale practises in a broad range of litigation matters, with a busy employment law practice representing dismissed employees and a commercial litigation practice covering disputes between and within corporations. He also handles bankruptcy and insolvency matters, construction and builder's lien disputes, and fraud claims. Before law school he worked in business development for a Calgary oil and gas engineering firm. Tyler holds a law degree from the University of Saskatchewan, College of Law, along with a Bachelor of Management in Economics from the University of Lethbridge. He serves as president and chair of the board of directors of Westerner Park.
