About Dominic
Dominic Peña is a trial lawyer who primarily practises employment law, and has also worked on corporate and commercial litigation, construction litigation, estate litigation, contractual disputes and municipal matters including bylaw prosecution. He joined the firm as an articling student in the summer of 2021 and was called to the Alberta Bar in 2022. Dominic earned his JD from the University of Manitoba, Faculty of Robson Hall, after studying philosophy and political studies during his undergraduate degree. Born and raised in Trinidad and Tobago, he has lived in Ontario and Manitoba before settling in Red Deer, and worked in agriculture and as a painter before and during his post-secondary education. He is a member of the Law Society of Alberta and the Central Alberta Bar Society.
