About Grant

Grant Hatley was born in Zimbabwe but raised on the Saanich Peninsula. He attended the University of Victoria before moving to Australia to study law and was called to the bar in 2017. He practises in wills and estates and residential real estate, and his previous experience as an estate litigator shapes his approach to anticipating and navigating potential estate conflicts. He is a member of the Victoria Estate Planning Council and the Canadian Bar Association's Wills & Trusts - Victoria Section.
