About Tracy

Tracy is a Partner at BOYNECLARKE LLP whose litigation practice covers construction and commercial disputes, estate litigation, property disputes, and professional negligence. She has appeared before the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia, the Court of Queen's Bench in New Brunswick, and various regulatory tribunals. Before law school, Tracy interned with the Judicial Service of Ghana and authored a monograph on judicial reform. She earned her LL.B. from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University in 2010 and previously taught civil procedure there. Tracy serves on the executive committee of Techsploration, which encourages young women to pursue careers in science and technology.
