About Tracey
Tracey Doyle was called to the bar in 2017 and built her litigation practice with firms on Toronto's Bay Street before focusing on intellectual property law. She has argued cases involving trademarks, copyright, patents, and class actions, and combines her legal work with a scientific background in vaccine immunology and virology. Her matters have included pharmaceutical patent litigation, including PM(NOC) proceedings, as well as disputes in oil and gas, mining, and telecom patents. She has also worked to advance the use of Indigenous intellectual property protections and pushed for pronoun-identification changes in Ontario and Federal Court proceedings. Doyle has taught classes at the University of Waterloo, McMaster University, the University of Ottawa, and Toronto Metropolitan University.
