About Tom

Tom Curry is senior counsel at Lenczner Slaght and is recognized globally for his work in dispute resolution. He handles a diverse range of high-profile trials and has built a reputation as a leading trial and appellate advocate, appearing before the Divisional Court, the Court of Appeal for Ontario, other provincial appellate courts, the Federal Court, the Federal Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada. His practice spans class actions, arbitration, business disputes, administrative proceedings and judicial reviews, professional liability and intellectual property cases at trial and on appeal. Tom is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and the International Academy of Trial Lawyers, and is certified as a specialist in civil litigation by the Law Society of Upper Canada. He earned his LLB from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1984 and a BES in urban planning from the University of Waterloo, and was called to the Ontario bar in 1986.
