About Tino

Tino Kasi is the founding lawyer of Kasi Law, a boutique firm in London, Ontario focused on personal injury and insurance defence. Born and raised in Harare, Zimbabwe, Kasi studied law and business at the University of Staffordshire in England before immigrating to Canada in 2004. Kasi graduated from the University of Western Ontario's Faculty of Law in 2007 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2008. With over 14 years of experience in insurance litigation, Kasi's practice covers a wide range of insurance disputes, including farm accidents, marine accidents, motor vehicle accidents, occupier's liability, crop and livestock claims, coverage opinions, fire and property losses, product liability, environmental liability, accident benefits, and inter-insurer disputes. Kasi has extensive trial experience, including complex jury trials, and represents insurers, corporations, and individuals in matters spanning medical practice, rental, auto, and employment sectors. Kasi serves on the Middlesex-London Board of Health and is dedicated to mentoring the next generation and advocating for racialized and marginalized individuals.
