Martin E. Tiidus is senior counsel at Kasi Law, called to the bar in 1985 after graduating from Osgoode Hall Law School at York University in Toronto. With over 30 years of experience, Tiidus is a seasoned litigator in civil litigation, specializing in insurance, personal injury, liability, coverage issues, priority disputes, and disputes between insurers. Tiidus has represented thousands of clients, including individuals, corporations, municipalities, and insurers, at all levels of the Ontario courts as well as before numerous administrative tribunals, and has also appeared as counsel for insurers in Alberta and Nova Scotia. A specialist in dispute resolution, Tiidus has also acted as a mediator in personal injury disputes in Ontario, bringing a pragmatic, results-oriented approach to representing clients.
