About Tina
Tina Liu is a Partner in O'Connor MacLeod Hanna LLP's Business Law group, which she joined after more than fifteen years of practice on Bay Street. Her corporate and securities practice covers mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, capital pool company qualifying transactions, private investment in public equity deals, joint ventures, and reorganizations. She also advises clients on structuring start-up operations, directors' and shareholders' meetings, and corporate governance, and she has significant experience with Investment Canada Act and national security reviews. Tina was called to the Ontario bar in 2008, and she also holds bar admissions in New York and China.
