About Timothy

Timothy Chan practices commercial litigation, appeals, and wills and estates at Loberg Ector LLP. He has appeared as sole counsel before the Court of Appeal of Alberta, the Court of King's Bench of Alberta, and the Alberta Court of Justice, with additional experience before the Federal Court of Appeal, and has handled appeals from private arbitration, court decisions, and administrative decisions. His litigation practice covers corporate and commercial disputes including breaches of contract, injunctions, and construction claims, and he also assists clients with wills and estates matters. Timothy is president of the Western Chapter of the Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyers, judges the Phillip C. Jessup International Law Moot, and regularly mentors law students, having written and presented for the Legal Education Society of Alberta.
