Timothy S.B. Danson graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1978 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 1980. He maintains a broad litigation and appellate practice spanning corporate and commercial disputes, constitutional, sports and administrative law, defamation, personal injury, insurance, and employment law, and has argued cases at the Court of Appeal for Ontario and the Supreme Court of Canada.
