About Marjan
Marjan Delavar is a partner at the Toronto litigation firm Danson Delavar LLP. She maintains a broad litigation practice with a particular focus on employment law, complex civil litigation, and personal injury matters, advising employers on wrongful dismissal, workplace investigations, performance management, and termination issues. Drawing on nearly 25 years of litigation experience representing both plaintiffs and insurers, she has appeared before all levels of court in Ontario as well as the Federal Court and Supreme Court of Canada on matters including defamation, appeals, sports law, and professional regulatory disputes. She founded the Neeki Support Foundation in 2012 to provide social support and financial assistance to individuals facing hardship. She was called to the Ontario bar in 2001.
