About Maddison

Maddison Tebbutt practises in all areas of family law, with a focus on child protection matters and representing parents in proceedings involving the Ministry of Children and Family Development, as well as guardianship and parenting arrangements. Born and raised in the Okanagan, she completed her legal studies at Dalhousie University, where she volunteered at the Dalhousie Legal Aid Clinic, and is a published legal author in the Canadian Journal of Law and Technology on the intersection of trademark law and Indigenous governance.
