About Timothy

Timothy Luk holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Alberta and a Juris Doctor and Master's in Community and Regional Planning from the University of British Columbia. He was first called to the bar in Alberta in 2012 and, before joining Young Anderson, worked in private practice at a medium-sized Edmonton firm and as in-house counsel for a major national insurer. He has appeared before provincial and superior courts in both British Columbia and Alberta, and maintains a general solicitor's practice focused on land use planning and development, drawing on his training as a planner.
