About Tim

Tim was born and raised in Cambridge (Preston) and has practised law in the Waterloo Region since 1980, when he joined his brother Gary to form Goad and Goad LLP. His practice has focused on corporate and commercial law, elder law, estate planning and wills, and real estate, with extensive experience in family law, child protection, and civil litigation. He has retired from active practice but still provides counsel to the team, particularly on long-term client matters.
