About Tim
Tim Andison is a partner at Blakes focused on M&A and capital markets transactions, including IPOs and equity and debt offerings. He regularly advises public companies and boards on governance and strategic matters. He has represented issuers, investors and underwriters across Canada, the United States, South America, Europe and Asia. Before joining Blakes, he practised in the capital markets group of a U.S. law firm with offices in London, New York, Singapore and Toronto.
