Adekunle 'Kunle' Adewale joined PKF Lawyers in 2022 and was called to the Manitoba Bar in 2023. He trained and practiced as a lawyer in Nigeria before moving to Canada, advising financial institutions and corporate clients on banking, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. He previously served as general counsel and corporate secretary for two regulated Nigerian financial institutions. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and sits on several Winnipeg community boards, including Palliative Manitoba.
