About Thomas

Thomas Eaves was called to the bar in British Columbia and Alberta in 2012 and is a graduate of the Queen's University Faculty of Law in Ontario. He came to family law from a commercial litigation background, where his clients included national banks and S&P/TSX 60 listed corporations, and he now handles parenting, child support, property division, and spousal support matters, along with cases where family and civil law intersect, such as creditor claims against family property and shareholder disputes. He is a director of the Downtown Kelowna Association.
