About Geeta

Geeta Gill is a collaborative family law lawyer, mediator, and parenting coordinator with more than 18 years of legal experience, drawing on an undergraduate degree in psychology. She is a member of the Canadian Bar Association's Family Law Subsection, where she previously served on the executive and as co-chair for two years, and a member of the BC Parenting Coordinators Roster Society, where she served a two-year term on the board. She has contributed updates to the Continuing Legal Education Society of BC's Family Law Practice Manual and served on its editorial board. Her practice covers separation, divorce, and cohabitation and marriage agreements, using negotiation, mediation, and the collaborative divorce process.
