About Thomas

Tom is a senior partner at O'Dea Earle with over three decades of experience before all levels of court in Newfoundland and Labrador. His practice areas are personal injury, civil litigation, and administrative law. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Memorial University of Newfoundland and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of New Brunswick, where he received the Distinguished Graduate Award, and was called to the Newfoundland and Labrador bar in 1988. He was appointed King's Counsel in 2006 and serves as a Commissioner on the City of St. John's Assessment Review Court. Tom has chaired the boards of the St. John's International Airport Authority and the Stella Burry Foundation, among other community roles.
