About Thomas

Thomas Lacerte has practised personal injury and insurance law for 26 years and has been a partner at Fosters Law LLP since 2004, representing accident victims who have suffered catastrophic injury and wrongful death, as well as insurance companies in coverage disputes. Thomas Lacerte's own experience with a serious cycling accident days before an 18th birthday, which caused a traumatic brain injury, orthopedic injury and spinal cord injury, informs the practice. After a lengthy recovery, Thomas Lacerte completed an undergraduate degree at the University of Western Ontario and a law degree at Osgoode Hall. Thomas Lacerte supports the Brain Injury Association of London, the Concussion Legacy Foundation Canada and the Children's Health Foundation, and co-hosts an annual trivia fundraiser for the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Care Program at London Health Sciences.
