About Taylor
Taylor Casement is a partner whose general litigation practice emphasizes professional negligence, occupiers' liability, products liability, and sports-related claims. She represents property owners, contractors, athletic associations, athletes, municipalities, and fellow lawyers in these matters. Before law school, Taylor played Division 1 soccer at Illinois State University on a full athletic scholarship, an experience she draws on for sports-related files. She went on to complete her J.D. at the University of Ottawa in 2011 after earning her BA from Illinois State University in 2006. Taylor continues to coach youth soccer and stays involved in lacrosse and hockey in her community. She is designated Preferred Counsel by LawPRO and is fluent in French.
