About Tamsen

Tamsen Marshall grew up on a farm in Northern Alberta and completed her undergraduate criminology studies and law degree at the University of Alberta, graduating from the Faculty of Law in 2007 and being called to the bar in 2008. She practised criminal and family law in Northern Alberta for five years before moving to Edmonton, where she worked as a federal prosecutor on drug matters. She joined Queck & Associates in 2018 and has completed training in communication, negotiation, mediation, and conflict resolution through the ADR Institute of Alberta. Her family law practice favours settlement negotiation and client empowerment over contentious litigation.
