About Taiwo

Taiwo Onabolu is an associate in the Employment Law group at Monkhouse Law. He previously worked at a full-service Toronto law firm before joining the team. Taiwo earned his JD from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law after completing an Honours BA in Law and Society with a minor in French Studies at York University. While in law school he served as President of the Student Law Society and as Executive Director of Operations for the Black Law Students Association. He also worked at Community Legal Aid on ODSP and landlord and tenant board matters, tutored high school students in French and law, and took part in the Canadian National Negotiation Competition as both competitor and coach. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 2023.
