About Taeya
Taeya helps clients create estate plans tailored to their circumstances, including incapacity planning, and assists personal representatives with estate administration, including disputed estates. She also assists strata corporations and owners with strata law matters such as drafting and enforcing bylaws, governance and strata litigation. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Okanagan College, conferred by UBC, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Manitoba, and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2013. She is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Kelowna Bar Association, and previously co-chaired the Okanagan Wills and Trusts section of the Canadian Bar Association.
