Qasim Ebrahimi is a lawyer at Altair Law, the Ottawa firm he established, focusing on corporate and commercial law, employment law, wills, estates and trusts, and commercial and civil litigation. He supports clients through incorporation, mergers and acquisitions, business reorganizations, and the drafting of partnership, shareholder, and non-disclosure agreements, and advises on records maintenance and other corporate compliance matters. Before founding Altair Law, he worked at a large national Ottawa law firm in corporate and commercial law and civil litigation, practised civil litigation at a smaller Ottawa firm appearing before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, and worked at a mid-size firm focused on corporate and commercial law.
