De Angelis practises banking and financial services, commercial real estate and leasing, corporate and commercial transactions, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions. De Angelis advises lenders and borrowers on secured transactions and a range of corporate and commercial matters including joint ventures, supply and distribution agreements, and commercial property leasing, and has acted as in-house counsel for a private oilsands developer and a national grocery chain. De Angelis was called to the Alberta Bar in 2003.
