About Halley
Halley Auger is the founder of Halo Employment Law, representing employees in workplace disputes such as wrongful dismissal, constructive dismissal, discrimination, and severance negotiations. She began her career at a prominent Calgary firm, where she developed a foundation in civil litigation, before moving to one of Canada's most recognized employment firms. Auger has represented clients at every level of court in Alberta, including the Court of Appeal, though she views litigation as a last resort for resolving workplace disputes. She obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor in 2014, completing a practicum at Legal Assistance of Windsor during law school, and received a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Calgary beforehand.
