About Catherine

Crang practises commercial litigation, employment law, energy law, privacy law, product liability, professional liability, and regulatory advocacy, with more than 25 years at the bar negotiating and litigating commercial disputes. Her oil and gas litigation work includes Stewart Estate v TAQA North Ltd. and Adeco Exploration v. Hunt Oil Company of Canada Inc., and she regularly advises on wrongful and constructive dismissal, restrictive covenants, and human rights matters. She has appeared before all levels of Alberta court and served as an instructor for the Advocates Society and the Alberta Bar Admission Course. Called to the Alberta Bar in 1995, she holds King's Counsel.
