Susan Fincher-Stoll is a Partner at Harrison Pensa LLP and Practice Group Lead for Wills, Trusts, Estates, and Charities Law. Fincher-Stoll advises not-for-profit organizations on asset management, administration, governance, and fundraising, represents corporations and individuals on tax matters, and handles estate planning involving succession planning and capacity assessments under the Substitute Decisions Act. Fincher-Stoll has been recognized in Best Lawyers in Canada since 2025 for trusts and estates work and received the Harold G. Fox Education Fund Award for academic achievement.
