About Kyle

Kyle MacLean is a partner at Advocates LLP, a role held since 2012. MacLean earned a BSc with Honours in Genetics from the University of Western Ontario in 2003, an MSc in Biochemistry from the University of Western Ontario in 2006, and an LLB from the University of Western Ontario in 2011. MacLean's practice centres on construction litigation for general contractors and large subcontractors in the ICI sector, and includes professional negligence defence for engineers. MacLean advises construction firms across the full project lifecycle, from pre-tender bidding issues through post-completion dispute resolution and litigation.
