About Dayna
Dayna McNair joined the firm in 2025 to help clients work through some of the most complex issues in family law. She received her JD from the University of Windsor in 2016 and was called to the Ontario bar in 2017, and after starting her career at a personal injury firm in London, she moved into family law exclusively in 2018. Her practice covers negotiating separation agreements and marriage contracts, attending mediations and arbitrations, and litigating parenting, support, and complex financial issues involving trusts and corporations. Dayna takes a child-focused approach to parenting disputes while also working to find efficient solutions to financial matters. She sits on the executive of the Middlesex Family Law Association.
