About Sukhpreet

Sukhpreet Sangha supervises the Criminal Law and University Offences divisions at Downtown Legal Services and has appeared before administrative tribunals, Ontario courts at all levels, the Federal Court, and the Supreme Court of Canada. She holds a J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School and a B.A. in English and Theatre from the University of Waterloo, and is also active in public legal education and law reform advocacy.
