About Edmund

T. Edmund Chan has practised criminal law exclusively since being called to the Ontario Bar in 1996. Edmund graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1994 and articled at the Ministry of the Attorney General, after earlier degrees including a Master of Public Administration from the University of Southern California and a Master's in criminal justice from the State University of New York at Albany. As a trial lawyer, Edmund has conducted thousands of trials, with a practice centred on impaired and other driving charges, sexually based offences, and drug trafficking cases. At Aitken Robertson, more serious matters such as criminal negligence causing death and child pornography charges are also handled. Edmund is a sole practitioner licensed by the Law Society of Ontario, practising in affiliation with Aitken Robertson Professional Corporation, working primarily across the Greater Toronto Area.
