About Stuart
Stuart F. Ross has lived and worked in the Tri-Cities for most of his life, which he says gives him a strong understanding of the issues faced by local clients. He obtained his law degree from the University of Victoria and has practiced law since being called to the bar in 2011. Before joining Garton & Harris he acted as in-house counsel for a local municipality. His practice covers wills and estates, residential conveyancing, real estate development, residential tenancy, and municipal matters.
