About Richard

Richard Payne obtained his law degree from the University of British Columbia and was called to the BC Bar in 1982. He practiced in Port Coquitlam as a sole practitioner and later as a small firm under the style 'Payne & Associates' beginning in 1983, serving clients for 40 years in general practice and later small business corporations, wills, estates, and real estate. He joined Garton & Harris, a long-established Port Coquitlam firm, to ensure continuity for his clients.
