About Rahim

Rahim Molaee is the founding attorney of Pendar Legal Office in North Vancouver, providing legal consultation on Iranian law together with notarial and consular services for the Iranian community in Canada. Molaee has more than 23 years of experience in Iranian legal and judicial consultation and is a member of Iran's Center of Lawyers and Legal Consultants of the Judiciary. Molaee holds an LL.M. in International Trade Law from Shahid Beheshti University. In 2025 the Law Society of British Columbia designated Molaee a Foreign Legal Consultant and Practitioner of Foreign Law, and Molaee also serves as a Commissioner of Oaths.
