Stephen (Steve) Hellsten co-founded Compcore Law Group in 2015, an employer-side firm in London, Ontario that practises exclusively in Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) law. Hellsten is one of nine lawyers certified by the Law Society of Ontario as a Specialist in Workplace Safety and Insurance law, and has represented Ontario employers in hundreds of WSIB matters, including claims management and appeals before the WSIB Appeals Branch and the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal (WSIAT).
