About Stephen
Stephen is a Partner on BOYNECLARKE LLP's Business Law Team, focusing on commercial financing, mergers and acquisitions, and taxation matters. He acts for lenders and borrowers in financing transactions and works with business owners from startup through to sale or succession. Stephen earned his LL.B. from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University in 2006 and completed the Chartered Professional Accountants Canada In-Depth Tax Course in 2016. He's a member of the Nova Scotia Barristers' Society and the Law Society of New Brunswick, and has co-authored guides on social media use for lawyers.
