About Donald

Donald Biberdorf practises in corporate and personal tax law, advising public corporations, large private enterprises and high-net-worth families on mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations and restructuring. He was appointed King's Counsel in 2014 and has been recognized as a leading tax lawyer in The Best Lawyers in Canada and ranked in Corporate Tax and Finance and M&A by Canadian Lexpert. He joined Felesky Flynn as a partner in 2000 and has since led teams within the firm, and he frequently lectures for the Canadian Tax Foundation and provincial law societies. He earned his LL.B from the University of Western Ontario in 1985 and was called to the bar in Manitoba (1986), Alberta (1998) and British Columbia (2022). He is a past chair and member of the Division Board of the Canadian National Institute for the Blind (Alberta and NWT).
