About Etomilade

Etomilade Oduola is a member of the Canadian bar by virtue of his call to the Alberta Bar and is a Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP). He is a law graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University in Nigeria and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2008. He holds a Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of Lagos and a Certificate in Leadership from the London School of Business and Leadership. He spent over a decade in Nigeria's commercial and security law and trust industry, including roles at Ajumogobia & Okeke Barristers and Attorneys and First Trustees Ltd (later FBNQuest Trustees Ltd), where he closed institutional transactions involving syndicated lending, corporate bonds, and collective investment schemes, and managed private trust and estate matters. He later became a partner at Rocksmith Partners LP, a boutique commercial firm in Lagos, and served as Managing Consultant/CEO of Radix Trustees Ltd. After obtaining his Certificate of Qualification from the National Committee on Accreditation of the Federation of Law Societies of Canada, he articled at Duncan Craig LLP in Edmonton and worked as an Impaired Driving Adjudicator for the Government of Alberta before establishing his own practice. He is a member of the Law Society of Alberta, the Nigerian Bar Association, the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), the Association of Corporate Trustees (Nigeria), and the Commonwealth Bar Association.
