About Stephen
Stephen O'Neill is the founder of O'Neill Law LLP and has practised law for over 35 years. He has advised a broad range of resource, technology and industrial companies traded on the TSX, the TSX Venture Exchange, AMEX and U.S. over-the-counter markets. His practice covers securities law, corporate law, commercial transactions, finance, corporate governance, mining, oil and gas and trusts, and he has extensive experience advising clients in securities enforcement proceedings. He is licensed to practise in British Columbia (1980) and Washington State (2001).
