Charles Hethey joined O'Neill Law LLP in 2006 as an articled student. He represents U.S. and Canadian listed entities on the TSX Venture Exchange, the CSE and U.S. OTC markets, with clients in mineral resources, oil and gas, industrial, green energy and technology. His practice focuses on U.S. and Canadian corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and other general corporate matters. He is licensed to practise in British Columbia (2007) and New York (2008).
