About Stephanie

Stephanie Stapleford is an Associate called to the New Brunswick bar in 2018, practicing tax law and banking and finance. She represents individual and corporate taxpayers in disputes with the Canada Revenue Agency and provincial finance authorities, handling objections, relief requests, Tax Court appeals, and judicial review applications. Stapleford also represents institutional lenders in construction financings and other asset-based lending transactions, and advises interjurisdictional carriers on fleet compliance matters. She holds a JD from the University of New Brunswick's Faculty of Law and has completed CPA Canada's In-Depth Tax and GST/HST programs.
