Pat Holmes is a partner at MacKenzie Fujisawa with a general corporate and commercial law practice serving mainly local businesses, and he heads the firm's Wills and Estates Practice Group. He provides legal counsel for commercial and industrial real estate transactions, general real estate development, corporate acquisitions, reorganizations and mergers, and has been a frequent speaker at estate-planning seminars for community organizations, banks and credit unions.
