About Stephanie
Stephanie DiGiuseppe is a partner and Co-Chair of the Criminal Litigation Practice Group at Henein Hutchison Robitaille LLP, practising criminal, constitutional, and regulatory litigation. She has represented clients before all levels of court in Ontario, administrative tribunals, professional regulators, and the Supreme Court of Canada, and acts as counsel with the Pro Bono Inmate Assistance Program at the Ontario Court of Appeal. Stephanie teaches criminal law and trial and appellate advocacy at Osgoode Hall Law School and co-edits the Constitutional Rights Reporter. She is active with the Advocates' Society, the Toronto Lawyers Association, and the Criminal Lawyers' Association, where she co-chairs the Litigation Committee and serves as Assistant Treasurer. She was called to the Ontario bar in 2011, received the 2024 Lexpert Rising Stars Award and the 2020 Precedent Setter Award, and has been recognized in Best Lawyers in Canada for criminal and appellate practice.
